Steps
Preparation of Stock Solution
1.
Weigh 50mg (0.05g ) of Kanamycin.
2.
Add the Kanamycin to a 1.5 mL tube.
3.
Add deionized water to the 1 mL level on the tube.
4.
Vortex the tube for 0h 0m 5s , repeat 3 times.
5.
Store the tube in the -20°C freezer.
