Abstract
Behavioral test for anxiety-like behaviors in mice.
Steps
1.
Set up the dark light box. See materials.
2.
Place each mouse into the dark compartment before closing the lid and left to explore for 6
minutes.
3.
Video record each experiments.
4.
Manually score for each animal the time in the light box as well as the number of times the mouse entered the light box.
