Abstract
This protocol details the clearance of αS PFF assay.
Steps
αS PFF Clearance Assay Protocol
1.
Prepare S PFF working solution as above (for 4 final concentration).
2.
Treat for 2h 0m 0s.
3.
Wash cells with PBS followed by trypsin (000.5%) for 0h 1m 0s to remove excess PFF bound on the extracellular surface.
4.
Incubate with fresh media in presence or absence of other drugs/inhibitor treatment for desired duration prior to lysate collection.
