Abstract
Zebrafish are an established model organism in biomedical research, and we have maintained these fish at the Stowers Institute for Medical Research since 2006. The housing systems and facility rooms allow for standardization of husbandry and environmental parameters. Acknowledging that husbandry conditions and environmental parameters can impact research results we provide information about the housing, nutrition, maintenance, and health for our zebrafish colonies. This information will be applicable to any zebrafish housed in the facility in 2021.
