Phosphate Buffered Saline (PBS)

This protocol is used to prepare Phosphate Buffered Saline (PBS). PBS (-) and PBS (+) which includes Tween are used as biologically neutral wash solutions in many processes including In Situ Hybridization (ISH), Immunohistochemistry (IHC) and Fixation.
