Inclusion Criteria
Age groups:
- 5 donors of age under 35
- 10 donors of age at least 35 and under 60
- 10 donors of age at least 60
Exclusion Criteria
Diabetes mellitus* BMI > 30
- Pancreatitis
- Pancreatic cancer or metastasis
