Abstract
Protocol is used for rapid generation of 3’ transcriptomic-NGS-ready- single-cell-libraries from pools of cells. Doubling the capacity of the original 10xv3.1 protocol, allowing for a capture of ~20,0000 cells instead of ~10,000 cells per port.
